Eine verheerende Sturzflut hat am 26. August den nepalesischen Distrikt Rasuwa und Gebiete entlang des Bhote Koshi und Trishuli schwer getroffen. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit rissen gewaltige Wassermassen Schlamm, Felsen und Geröll mit sich und hinterließen große Zerstörung. Viele Menschen haben Angehörige, ihr Zuhause oder ihre Lebensgrundlage verloren und brauchen jetzt dringend sauberes Trinkwasser, medizinische Versorgung, Notunterkünfte und direkte Hilfe vor Ort.
Ulli Glocknitzer von „We Help Nepal“ sammelt Spenden für die betroffenen Menschen in Nepal. Die Hilfe wird über Rangjung Yeshe Shenpen weitergeleitet – die Wohlfahrtsorganisation des Klosters von Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche in Nepal –, sodass direkte Unterstützung vor Ort möglich ist.

Nepal urgently needs help 

 A devastating flash flood struck the Rasuwa district of Nepal and areas along the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli rivers on August 26. Within a very short time, massive amounts of water swept away mud, rocks, and debris, leaving widespread destruction in their wake. Many people have lost loved ones, their homes, or their livelihoods and now urgently need clean drinking water, medical care, emergency shelter, and direct aid on the ground. Ulli Glocknitzer of "We Help Nepal" is collecting donations for the affected people in Nepal. The aid will be channeled through Rangjung Yeshe Shenpen – the charitable organization of Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche's monastery in Nepal – enabling direct support on the ground. ... ❤️
