Shenpen has been surveying and observing the flood-affected areas across the country, and out of many impacted locations, we decided to further investigate Gotikhel Bazar. The road to reach there was previously blocked by landslides and floods, has recently been reopened, but the situation remains critical. Shenpen has surveyed the area to assess the full extent of the damage and identify the needs. We are also preparing to survey other flood-affected regions in Kavre to ensure that vital relief reaches those who need it most. Together, we stand with these communities as they begin the difficult journey of rebuilding and recovery.
Shenpen war in vielen Bereichen von Nepal und haben betroffene Dörfer wie in Gotikhel Bazar besucht. Viele waren anfangs durch Erdrutsche und Überschwemmungen blockiert. Erst jetzt wurden einige wieder eröffnet, die Situation bleibt aber kritisch. Shenpen hat das Gebiet untersucht, um das volle Ausmaß des Schadens zu bewerten und die Bedürfnisse zu ermitteln. Wir bereiten uns auch darauf vor, andere von Hochwasser betroffene Regionen in Kavre zu untersuchen, um sicherzustellen, dass es die erreicht, welche es am dringendsten benötigen. Wir stehen diesen Gemeinden bei, während sie die schwierige Reise des Wiederaufbaus und Genesung beginnen.
